This study tackles a critical yet underexamined issue: why young Filipino riders continue to disregard road safety rules. By surveying 106 motorcycle riders and applying AI-powered behavioral clustering, we uncovered distinct rider archetypes, the motivations driving their choices, and the most effective levers for change. The result moves beyond generic safety warnings, offering precise, behavior-led pathways that make road safety interventions more relevant, persuasive, and effective.
