Behavioral Insights and Innovation

Our team of behavioral scientists and designers hold professional and practical training in relevant key areas like Behavioral Economics and Positive Habit Formation. The Behavioral Insight and Innovation Unit is at the helm of each of our impact-driven behavior-change interventions.

Marketing and Social & Behavior Change Communication

The team consists of more than just expert marketers and communication professionals. They are also trained in Emotional Design Communication®️ and Digital Behavior Change. The Marketing and Communication Unit elevates our solutions to be empathetic, accessible, and compelling.

People Operations Unit

Ensuring that the entire team is effective and in harmony, this unit focuses on creating ways and systems to make sure the people are able to be efficient while at work.

With an extensive background in building and managing partnerships with government agencies and non-government organizations, our Program Operations unit is adept at successfully implementing programs for their beneficiaries.
